Ksema Global provides a technical SaaS platform connecting Salesforce CRM with supported third-party brokerage and financial APIs. Ksema Global is a technology provider, not a broker, investment adviser, financial adviser, fiduciary, or custodian. Ksema Global does not hold, receive, or manage any user funds or securities — all trading capital remains in the user's own brokerage account. The software does not provide financial or investment advice. Trading involves substantial risk, including loss of capital. Users are solely responsible for trading decisions, account configuration, order parameters, and automation settings. Orders may be delayed, rejected, partially filled, or executed at different prices due to market conditions, APIs, brokers, Salesforce, or technical issues. Ksema Global is not responsible for trading losses, execution errors, slippage, API failures, third-party outages, or market losses. Total liability shall not exceed the lesser of fees paid or payable for the 30 days preceding the claim, or US$250, even if a longer subscription was prepaid.

Ksema Global subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually and may automatically renew using the payment method provided at checkout. Payments are processed through Razorpay, our third-party payment processor. You may cancel before your next renewal date through your account or by contacting support team. Cancellation prevents future renewal, while access generally continues through the current paid billing period. Subscription payments are generally non-refundable, including unused time, partial periods, inactive accounts, or cancellations after renewal, except where required by law or approved by Ksema Global. Failed payments may result in suspension of access. Trial and promotional terms will be disclosed when offered.
